It is late and I decided to add some video that I did the other day when I got out of the gym. You never know when you may just get hit by a good thought for a blog. I keep my Flip with me always and I can do what I need to do to make a video at the spur of the moment. I hope you all enjoy and I look forward to positive feedback.
