Have you ever had a friend that made a difference in everyone's life?

I had such a friend. Her name was Regina Robinson. She was the type of person who found a way to bring a smile to every situation.

She even smile and/or laugh even when she was in pain. She was a beautiful person and I happy I got to know her.

She died sadly after being diagnose with breast cancer on Tuesday, August 26, but I thought that it will be cool to tell of the many wonderful things that she accomplished. Some things she did I was not even aware of. You see I have only know her since 2001, but even in that short time I felt bless to know her.

I did not know that she was on the Swim Team in high school. I definitely did not know she was in modeling, theater or the tennis clubs back then. I did know that she loved and enjoyed children and church. She and her husband birth two beautiful daughters and adopted seven other children. Even with such a large family she still spread cheer everywhere she went. She was very active in church and the community. She was an active member of Family Harvest Church. She received a dipolma in in Theology from the International College of Excellence. She served as a Junior High School Teacher and sang in the choir. She was the CEO of the Lady Dash Creations, Owner/Director of Happy Hearts and Grow and Learn Children's Academy. She was also a Realtor at Broadway Realty. She also found time to become a professional real estate investor. She was also former president and member of PTO, Troop of Girl Scout, Drifting Dunes Council. Even during her illness she received real estate broker license and open Robinson Realty.

So the next time you are feeling down remember that a smile can not only bring you cheer but someone else as well.
