Loooks like a pretty typical Monday. No major news for any significant changes.
If I had to guess I would say rates would get a little worse today just ot recover later this week. I need to point out that the one thing the markets don't show is the price hits that Fannie is putting into effect on April 1.
Remember that prices reflect a 30-day lag from the close of the loan to sold on the market. So we need to look at the end of February as a target close to maximize your savings. Now unless your buying a condo (IF YOU BUYING A CONDO WE NEED TO START MOVING RIGHT AWAY) consumers will get siginificant rate add ons for refinance.
