Wake Robin is very close to Purdue University and West Lafayette shopping and restaurants. Most of the homes are 3 and 4 bedroom ranch and two story homes.

It is located off of Lindberg road and a very short drive into the Purdue Campus. Klondike Middle and Elementary Schools are a five minute drive as well.

Wake Robin average and median prices with 4 bedroom homes for sale that closed in 2011 were off between 3-4% from the previous year.

4 bedroom sales in West Lafayette's Wake Robin had HIGHER "Lows", but LOWER "High" sale prices in 2011 compared to the previous year.

Average and Median DAYS ON MARKET for a 4 bedroom home to come under contract were down slightly from the previous year.
