Not a stellar month for the Westfield market; both the number of homes sold and the average sales price are down compared to last year. From this micro view, Westfield appears to be doing OK but not great. If we step back and look at it from more of a macro view, the picture improves. For the year to date numbers, the average sales price in Westfield is down only 1.27% over last year. This is among the lowest is the entire Indy area. Also, there is a relatively low supply of homes on the market with only 5.9 months supply of homes currently available.
