I don’t believe my eyes, everything is up! This is eye popping, the number of homes sold on the Zionsville real estate market is up an astonishing 36% and the average sales price is up 12% too. Woohoo! This is quite a turnaround from the first 2 months of the year when the number of homes sold on the Zionsville real estate market were down 32% and 21% in January and February.
The other statistic to take note of is the absorption rate; with 596 Zionsville homes on the market and 422 homes sold in the past 12 months Zionsville has a 7.45 months supply of homes on the market. This is a little more than the Carmel real estate and Fishers real estate markets, but who cares is sales and prices are up?
We will have to see if this trend continues into the spring and summer selling season, but hopefully it will.
