Hey Sally, bring me an offer and I'll see what we can do!  This house should sell very quickly.  One of my buyers has already been in it and loves it and another one is scheduled for tomorrow.

I'm doing great and hope you are as well.  I'm not sure if I were in Hawaii that I would consider retiring to Kansas.  All this week we have 100+ degrees heat index.

I'm keeping my eye out for another Realtor conference in Hawaii to come visit again.  We went to Bahamas and Florida in December and had a great time scuba diving.  I had a shark scare when it lunged at me twice before taking off.  My wife Eula was about 9 feet above me and all she saw once the shark started coming toward me was a big cloud of bubbles.  That was me screaming at the top of my lungs "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!"
