The city of Manhattan, Kansas recently released a new Manhattan City Map with the locations of recently completed new construction, new developments with homes currently under construction, building lots, roads and other infrastructures under construction for upcoming new housing, and planned future new developments. This map was updated March 03, 2008 and can viewed in pdf from the link below:

There is a lot still happing in Manhattan with new developments. Kinda hard to find a lot to build on though. most developers seem to want to build to suit instead of sell to a buyer who wants a say in contractors
Kelvi- You do see that often times in this area. A lot of times after the developer has built a number of homes in the new development they then start selling some of the additional lots.
