Hello everybody:
More with the net. I spent this morning in a class about contracts. Then I spent most of the afternoon working with a web consultant. It seems like I am always learning something. Last night I picked up my little brother and it was raining, so we watched Ice Age instead of playing frisbee. That worked out well. We also pulled out my Super Nintendo(it had been in my closet). That is the most up-to-date gaming system I have. Shows how with it, I am when it comes to games. I do play a few on the PC, but not a lot. Anyway, we pull out the Super Nintendo(I feel like there should be a drum roll everytime I say that) and he was not impressed with the games I had. Besides, it's a (drum roll) Super Nintendo from 1993, but it still works. Despite, the (drum roll) Super Nintendo debaucle we had fun. This weekend we are going, with his whole family, to a Big Brothers Big Sisters sponsored picnic. Hey, it is free food and a chance to spend time with my little away from the (drum roll) Super Nintendo. You should have seen the overuse of the drum roll joke coming. Next week we are playing tennis, so that should be cool. After the (drum roll) Super Nintendo incident (I swear that is the last time today) I dropped my little off at his house and then worked out while watching American Beauty. Interesting movie to watch while working out, but I completely lost track of the time. Have a great day.

The learning never stops, even for me after 17 years. That's the beauty of this business...it keeps me young!

That is great. I am always excited to learn new things. Wow, Seattle, the real estate must be crazy there. I spent a lot of time in Seattle, while stationed at Fort Lewis. What is the average cost per square foot there?

Not sure, I don't value by Square Footage. Off the top of my head I'd say $300 give or take, but I've seen $600 per square foot for view properties and $200 per squre foot for tear downs. We have everything from 1910 to new...so huge variance in price per square foot. With views, you can almost double that.
Sounds like you a productive day despite the nitendo! Good for you taking time to be part of your little bros. life. Bravo.
Hey Mike...I've joined you:-)
