On the WoodLand Creek Estates side there are homes ranging in size from 1622 to 2564 square feet, plus any finish in the lower level. Home prices have been gradually climbing. Most of the homes have needed warranty work due to improper Tyvek installation and improper flashing installation. Pulte has been very good about getting the homes repaired and they have gone beyond their stated warranty to get the homes fixed. My wife and I live in the neighborhood.
