A snoring room? Wow. I prefer just kicking my husband or shoving him onto his side to make him stop snoring.
Lisa, all in love and fairness, right!? Does he ever kick back? Just keep him happy and he won't mind! Thanks for commenting!
Understanding the buyer is important and they may say they want one thing and end up buying something entirely different. Have you had buyers who like the living room of one house, the kitchen of another and maybe location of a third and so on and you are tempted to tell them they should buy a lot and build it themself.? We all have buyers with "champagne taste on beer budget."
Gita, agreed! But that's what we all want, the product we want at a cheap price! Thanks for commenting!
