The Four D's of Success
(Five Really!)
You want to be successful? Okay, here are four words that begin with the letter "D" that you will want to keep as a handy reminder. These four critical steps to success must be posted on your mirror, monitor, bulletin board, in your car, or where ever you frequent to help you beat the odds and achieve the financial independence that is your goal to success.
Step One: Desire: You want it bad enough, you must be committed and willing to make the sacrifices necessary to make you a success!
Step Two: Decision: Make your decision, NOW, to do whatever it takes, be willing to pay the price and go the distance to achieve your goals. Make sure you write your goals down and update them frequently (minimum of monthly).
Step Three: Determination: Stay with it, stand strong and keep at it until you succeed. Don't let anyone cause you to give up on your dreams! In spite of any issues or problems, turn them into opportunities. Learn from the experiences of others.
Step Four: Discipline: Develop habits, scripts, rehearse and follow through until you master any objection, obstacle or opposition that may come in your path.

Step Five: DO! I was reminded by Chuck Christensen that if you don't add the "DO" step to the process, you will never be able to complete the other steps. Doing along with follow-up is critical to your success! Thanks Chuck!

David - Just the encouragement I needed tonight. Feeling a bit frustrated for working on a project that I thought would take only a few hours. Just fininshing now after working since 8 a.m. this morning. I gave it the ol' 3D---I determined I wasn't going to bed tonight until I got er done!
