Reply! Real Estate SCAM- My Review of Reply.com

GOOGLE this: REPLY REAL ESTATE SCAM. You will read non-stop horror stories. Reply.com or Reply! Real Estate is an unscrupulous business that is unethical and has terrible customer service. It is a wonder they have not been put in jail. I had heard of agents buying leads, so I started researching some lead buying companies. Two of them I signed up with: Neighborcity.com and Reply.com. Reply makes you pay per lead and Neighborcity, you only pay if the deal closes. SO, easy choice, right? Well, I decided to go with both of them and was astounded by the difference! Since Neighborcity did not get paid per lead, they fully screen all potential buyers before they send the lead to you. Since REPLY is incentivized only to provide quantity of leads instead of quality of leads, they sent me all horrible leads including duplicates, wrong numbers, etc. THE WORST PART about them was that they trick you into unknowingly agreeing to buy 5 leads. They tell you that you can cancel anytime or pause your account, but they would not let me. I hate this company. I asked them repeatedly to pause my account, they refused. I asked for a refund since they were not quality leads, they refused. The only reason they are still in business is by tricking people into signing up for a minimum of 5 leads. To make myself clear, I do not support Neighborcity either, still looking for the perfect solution, but they are a heck of a lot better than Reply. When I saw they started advertising on ActiveRain now, I almost fainted.Please! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. ALSO, I HEAR THE FOUNDER IS A FELON. Do not believe me???
