New Wichita MLS System

Here is some exciting news! Our Wichita Association of Realtors has converted to a new computer MLS system with some great new features. If you are still in the market to buy a home, I can give you access to a private MLS website so you can search the same homes we Realtors do with up to the minute accuracy. If you are interested in having your own MLS private site, just email me your home search criteria (bedrooms, baths, basement, price range, area of town etc.) and I will set up the private site and email you the link and password. This site will be directly from our MLS system! Dont forget-the first time homebuyer and repeat homebuyer tax credits are still available! You need to be under contract on your home by April 30th, 2010 to qualify. If you would like more information regarding this credit, just give me a call or send me an email.
