Dear Mr. and Mrs Seller...........What's everyone crying about.......The real estate market in 2007 was fabulous in Topeka KS.....This week our office did extensive research into the LOCAL real estate market and I must report that 2007 was GREAT....The mortgage lenders we spoke to all reported an INCREASE over 2006 between 4-11% in writing new loans. Then there are the Title Companys those we spoke to both reports an increase in new committments.....
The Realtors again, had a good and productive year SO WHAT'S ALL THE CRYING ABOUT?? Remember Topeka Ks is not Lawrence or even Wamego. You have to talk to your LOCAL experts and ignore what is going on across the country. Homes in Topeka are selling.....My most recent, listed Monday at 7:30pm had a contract by noon Tuesday....If yours is not selling, have a serious conversation with A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL.
AND BUYERS!!!!!!!!! Why are you not buying RIGHT NOW!!!!! Interest rates DROPPED this week at least 3 times... Did you know that??? Did your agent call you??? They should have....I would have......Check RATES with your lender...If you dont have one call me.
