Another day

Well, its another day in the real estate business here in Kansas City. 10 degress outside, snow on the ground and freezing weather forecast to return tomorrow. I would like to say that business is slow but its really non existant and has been for several months. This down turn has lasted so long that its a struggle to stay interested but that must be done. I thought dealing with new home buyers and city planners was a challenge but now that buyers are no where to be found I'm left wishing for those past problems. Today, it's dealing with concerned bankers who want and need more liquidity at a time when that's very difficult if not impossible to provide......but provide it you must if you want to stay in business. As I wrote yesterday, "this too shall pass" and while it's a struggle, better times will soon arrive because we live in the greatest country in the history of man kind. Gotta keep pushin'.
