Why you should be Living at Trintiy Point

Trinity Point is located in Southwest Wichita at 44th and Hoover Rd. It is a quiet Community on the outskirts of Wichita with easy access to major thoroughfares. When completed there will be approximately 360 homes.

The Developers have donated a portion of the property to the City of Wichita for a park. The playground equipment and walking area should be completed by 03-31-09.

Our Special Assessments are just under $85 per month. Since the land was donated for the park it eliminated the need for a Home Owners Association. We do however have common sense Restrictive Covenants.

When asked why our Homeowners picked Trinity Point the answer is always the same. It's quiet, low traffic, and just far enough away to feel like you are in the country but close enough you can be anywhere in the City in under 20 minutes. "Yes we do get Pizza delivery."

Gray Construction, Inc. has been building Homes since 1981. Billy the owner is onsite everyday and can be seen wearing a tool belt or driving a loader. We tried putting him in the office and putting dress clothes on him. We even bought him a new truck so he would look good just driving by the homes a couple of times a week. He only lasted about a week and said "I am not a windshield Builder, I'm hands on. If a Buyer needs to talk to me or has a queston they should be able to do it in person not over the phone or through me Super."

Billy is the one with out the hood pulled over his head. His Mom always told him to keep his ears covered.
