For the bulk of the past year, the days on market measurement for Anchorage Ky homes for sale has risen fairly substantially with very little downward pressure. But over the past few weeks, we have seen a sizable shift towards fewer days on the market for Anchorage homes. What remains to be seen is whether or not we are looking at a tipping point, or inflection point, or whether a few homes simply sold quickly, and have affected the data in an odd way.
