Louisville Real Estate | J'Town Condos Update

Over the past few months, I have been keeping tabs on a new construction condo development in the J'Town area of Louisville and Jefferson County. I am not the listing agent, but I am friends with the builder and developer, and I like to check in every once and awhile and see how my friends new construction J'Town condos are doing when I compare their sales to the average condo in J'Town. When I ask my friend, David Elder, about his condos at www.Magnolia-Place-Condos.com, I'm told that sales have picked up quite a bit since summer, and it appears that he is bucing the trend, and that his units are selling better than the average J'Town condo. Here is a graph that shows what's happening to the prices over the past six months for J'Town condos.
