Once again we headed to Lake Barkley for our KAR Summer Meeting. What a great time, and all the great networking with other REALTORS. Lots of good information. All kinds of Committe Meetings. According to the Kentucky REALTOR Magazine for the first Quarter compared to the first quarter of 2008 we are down -25.08% in sales but our Median Price is only down -2.53%.
