Indian Hills is one of Louisville's grand ole neighborhoods. For the affluent home buyers, this subdivion is close to the city (Area 3, not to be confused with the Indian Hills located in Franklin or Carroll counties) but still boasts large lots, mature trees and beautiful rolling hills. Like Anchorage in many ways, this city has a great reputation for varied styles of home design. Indian Hills is also similar to Anchorage in that there's a wide range of home ages and even values, even though more are at the higher end of the price spectrum.
