Louisville Real Estate | Days On Market Continues To Rise For Highlands Neighborhood In Louisville, Ky

Over the past six months, the length of time that homes for sale in Louisville Highlands has risen fairly continuously. In the graph I have provided above, I looked at data from zip codes 40204 and 420205, and the trend is the same for both zip codes, which covers just about all of the neighborhoods that would be considered the Highlands. We haven't seen huge jumps from week to week, and there have been a few drops in time on the market, but overall, homes are staying on the market longer and longer in order to get sold. If you are a seller in the Highlands, this really isn't what you would be hoping to hear.
