What's a great way to spend an October weekend in Louisville, KY if you have kiddos? Attend the "World's Largest Halloween Party"!
The Louisville Zoo has been hosting the "World's Largest Halloween Party" annually for over twenty years. On weekends, the Zoo is magically transformed into a Halloween wonderland.
There are at least 15 stops along the route that include treats and photo ops with a myriad of princesses, super heros and some of your kid's favorite characters.
The "World's Largest Halloween Party" will be going on each weekend in October:
October 7-9, 13-16, 20-23 and 27-30.
Enter from 5-8:30 p.m.
Special Event tickets are required ($8 at the door)
The first two weekends are free to zoo members.
Discounted tickets can be purchased at area Meijer Stores.
Parking is available at the zoo - cost is $5 per car
There is free parking and shuttle service to Derby City Ballfield.
