Louisville Home Prices Fell 7.1% For March 2008

The median home prices for Louisville Ky, fell 7.1% for the month of march compared to last year.This news comes from The Greater Louisville Board of Realtors. Homes sold was also down at 19.5% fewer sales.The median price for Louisville is now $130,000.00. This is still below the National figure of 7.7%.The inventory stands at 9 and 3/4 months, this is down from back in January when inventory was at around 12 months.
