Looks like the old Kitty's Nusrey on Brownsboro Rd is going to eventually be transformed in to 170 residential condos. This is on Louisville's East End off Hwy 22 near Goose Creek.

Building was going to start this year but with the slowing of the market, the developer is looking to start next year or in 2010.
