Lake Forest is a newer subdivision in Owensboro,KY and is located off of Highway 54. and near Fairview Drive. It is also very convenient to shopping and is in a growing area of Owensboro, Kentucky. The new state of the art hospital is going to be built in that area and completed within the next 4.5 years. There are approximately 324 lots and many have homes on them. There are many new homes being built and some for sale. This neighborhood offers a private walking area, a swimming pool, tennis and volley ball and basketball courts.
