Keeneland September Sale and Horse farm Sales

The Keeneland September sale is in about 2 weeks and from what I have been told this is an active time of the year for Real Estate sales. The weather is fantastic, it has been for some time now, and people from around the globe will be visiting the area to look at bloodstock.
