Market Picking Up!

It seems like in the last two weeks I have been getting so many calls from potential buyers and a couple of folks looking to list their homes.

I find it interesting that so many people talk about how bad the home market is, yet homes still continue to sell and if you drive in almost any direction in Louisville there are new homes being constructed. Sometimes I think people have a problem with success. Of course we all have a different idea of what constitutes success. The key, I believe, is surronding ourselves with ethical and positive people.

Real Estate transactions can and should be a positive experience for everyone involved. I believe that it can be. The Golden Rule definitly applies when helping people with this important transaction.

That will be my goal this week....to connect with at least one positive contact per day!!
