Seems like the listing agents have adjusted to the new values. Is that what you are seeing in the market?
Bart - I have been watching the MLS listing myself! It kind of what Rick is saying about adusting to the new market value. I know with the MLS listing here in the area I have working had drop a great deal due to the economy crisis. It like what Broker Bryant said on his post about how the lender are looking at the true value of the property.
Bart- we are such snobs out here in So Cal, many agents don't even want to bother with a $150K transaction! I will, of course, a check is a check, but it makes me realize how fortunate we are! Median sales price here in the Conejo Valley is probably $750K. Of course, there are about a bajillion realtors. And I believe bajilion is an official real estate term!
