Norton Commons is Louisville's very own 150-acre planned community, complete with both residential and commercial properties. There are plans to build an elementary school and there's even government buildings. It has it all! Located in the East End of Louisville within Prospect, across the street from Glen Oaks and near both Springhurst and Anchorage. For new home buyers, it's a must see!
Norton Commons is a very hot part of Louisville's real estate outlook.

It is starting to come together, but my first trip to Norton Commons left me confused. The first street with finished homes had several sizes and styles together. It seemed a little chaotic. It is good to see the commercial filling up and the other areas filling in. You can't beat the location if you want to live out in that area of town.
