A study of the Kenilworth home sales revealed this interesting finding. From 2008 to 2011, the median sales price fluctuated from $212,500, $207,500, $247,000 to $220,750 based on current 5/15/2011 MLS figures (meaning the chart below has not been updated to reflect total 8 sales). 2011 at $220,750 is below 2010's $247,000, but above 2008 and 2009. Again, this is only based on 8 sales in the first 4.5 months of 2011. In 2010, there were 13 total sales.

The Chart below shows a considerable correction since May 2010 for ALL Kenilworth home sales since 2005.
