A Closing View From the Other Side-Homeowner aka Realtor!

TODAY THE CLOSING I ATTENDED WAS MY OWN!

I had a role reversal in my closing today. My "signing capacity was switched" from Realtor to Homeowner as I sat on the other side of the closing table today.

Even loan officers and realtors take advantage of the historical low rates! That's right my husband and I just refinanced our home. Although we have only been in our home for four years, we are saving a substantial amount of money by refinancing at a lower rate and have accrued equity in our Canal Place home.

This morning I arrived at Lundy, Lundy, Soileau and South in Lake Charles where I frequently attend my Buyer's closings. Except today's closing scheduled closing was my own!!
