$400k on a skate park?!? Wow, I wish I skateboarded! Sounds like an interesting place.
If you are ever looking for a different place to train, consider the Pelican Park area. You can check out the Trace, Pelican Park, and there is a Nature Center trail that backs up to Pelican Park.
The skate park was developed after the community expressed a need for a safe place to skateboard. Many ideas were kicked around. Pelican Park came through. I hope you have a chance to check it out. I think you will be impressed with the park!
