Good info and great pics!
Lisa, it looks like you are all over your market. That is a great way to stay successful
Lisa - Excellent work in presenting what is going on in the LA West Bank New Orleans area. This is great for consumers thinking about Real Estate in your neck of the woods.
Lisa, I love the way you put together your market reports...as an average consumer they are easy to read and understand---which will help your clients enormously!
Love the flowers. You are the undisputed localism QUEEN!
Mel, thank you...I had to find some way to use all of the flower pictures I take :)
Danny, I'm covering my share of it :)
Bill, it's more important than ever that our consumers are completely informed about the market and what is happening in their little areas. I saw the news tonight with another gloom and doom about the massive drops in housing values, but we just are not seeing that here. Someone forgot to tell NBC News that real estate is local.
Carole, thank you! I'm never sure if they are easily interpreted or not since I'm a little too close to the data!
Colleen, you're making me blush :) Thank you, my friend!
I actually like to read these market reports, they give me a better feel for different areas. Adding the photos of flowers was a touch of genius!
Charles, thank you for such a nice comment! Although market reports can be a little dry, at least I can add some color with the photos :)
