Housing Recovery?

At last, some promising news on the housing front. The National Association of Realtors has reported on Monday, March 23^rd that the sales of existing homes grew 5.1 percent to an annual rate of 4.72 million last month, from 4.49 million units in January. According to NAR this was the largest monthly sales jump since July 2003 with first time homebuyers accounting for about half of the transactions. Do you see the light at the end of the tunnel?
