Why? For what it will cost you to hire a Professional, Why do it yourself? I've noticed more sellers getting weak at the knees and loosing money on the sale or lease of their properties because of their fear of loss. It's never a good to be in the position of the the principal of the deal because your word is so final. An good agent always has an out and the experience to save the deal or hold the gross. I have a deal for my clients. If they Procure the tenant or buyer, I'll handle the sale or lease for half the fee! Anything short of them putting a sign up next to mine is fine with me. As long as there is no question of who procured the prospect. It rarely happens but I always extend the invitation for them to spend their money and make our common goal to lease or sell more public. The bigger the net, the better the odds! Like I said, it rarely happens.
