Real Estate in the Alexandria La area is definately steady if not on an upturn from my company's stand point. The amount of clients calling looking to purchase thier first home, wanting to upgrade or looking to downsize has been staggering in the last quarter of 2008. My hopes for the country as a whole is a return to normal market activity.
The Alexandria La area has a strong economy. I believe this to be the foundation that is keeping our Real Estate Market strong.
