This morning I emailed a buyers inspection response to the listing agent. I also called him to go over my buyers concerns and requests. He responded that he hoped to have an answer this afternoon.

No more than I did this my wife asks me is everything straightened out with the house. I tell her it is never this easy. Her reply was on TV it is.

I know all of us have seen HGTV with Nancy Realtor showing only three houses and the nice young couple just chomping at the bit to submit an offer.

• They always offer on one of the three. I wish I could only show three to my clients.
• They rarely show the inspector going through the home and the buyers compiling their list of requests. Never do they show their Realtor making calls to the listing agent and the haggling that goes on.
• They never show the phone calls asking us to get more in closing costs or to lower our commission.
• Never do they show the amount of emails that your clients bombard you with one after another.
• Never do they show the calls or computer time we put in for flood zones, comparable's in the area and Title Companies.
• Never do they show the time invested on a deal that went dead.

I guess this list is unlimited but I think you get my point. I know you have lived this in real life. Television is so make believe.

Yea if it were as easy as Television makes it out to be everybody would be in the business.
