45 Province St Boston, MA vs The Ritz residences. Who is the True King of this Luxury Boston Real Estate Battle?

Recently I was talking with a buyer relocating from New York City to Boston who was looking for a full service luxury building in the downtown Boston area. His main requirements where that the condo be located close to downtown Boston and Boston common and offer the same level of service as his building in NYC. Now this buyers building had it all including a great location, fantastic views, security, doorman, valet parking, concierge and even a spa. So, I sent the buyer a custom list of properties and after a review the boston homes for sale he had narrowed his search down to 2 Boston full service luxury buildings.
