I'm afraid they would have to toss in thousands of beavers for me. In my area the most expensive and extravagant homes and condos are listed at less than $200/sq. ft.
Sorry Chris, I recently found out the unit is already under agreement. Its a healty condo market here in Boston. Boston is just different and it costs so much to live here.
