There was a big drop in inventory from last week. That, combined with no new listings this week shows the first sign of slow down in Medfield’s spring market. Medfield made it all the way to June without a slowdown so we can be glad for the strong market that we had. A lessening in activity towards summer is inevitable.

Single Family Homes

Currently there are 67 single family homes on the market in Medfield, Massachusetts. The houses have an average list price of $949,000 and an average market time of 131 days. However, the median home price in Medfield is $649,000. There are 9 properties available for $400,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 13 properties listing for $1,000,000 or more.

New Listings

No new houses came on the market in the last week.

Two properties went under agreement in the last week in Medfield. They are located on Fieldstone Drive and Liberty Road. One other home was flagged to go under agreement soon.

The other, a 3 bedroom detached on Maple Street sold for $785,693.
