Monday Morning Market Watch for Medway – 31 August 2009

Currently there are 63 single family homes on the market in Medway. The houses have an average list price of $470,000 and an average market time of 201 days. There are 14 properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 4 properties listing for $800,000 or more.

One single family property came on the market the last week. It is a 5 bedroom, 11 room colonial on Iarussi Way.

Two single family homes went under agreement in the last week. One was a 4 bedroom, 8 room colonial on Stagecoach Way. The other was a 4 bedroom, 8 room colonial on Dean Street. Two other properties have been flagged to go under agreement soon.

Three single family homes sold in the past week in Medway. One was a 3 bedroom ranch on Virginia Road that sold for $235,000. The next was a 3 bedroom ranch on Summer Street that sold for $253,000. Last was a 3 bedroom cape on Norfolk Avenue that sold for $453,000.

There are currently 10 condos on the market, three of which are new construction at Pine Ridge Drive. The condo average list price is $314,000 with an average price per square foot of $157. Average time on market is 206 days. No new condos came on the market last week. One condo went under agreement. It was a 2 bedroom condo on Pine Ridge Drive.

There are five multi-families on the market in Medway. Average list price for multi-families is $311,000 with an average time on market of 163 days.
