Monday Morning Market Watch for Medway – 28 September 2009

Currently there are 60 single family homes on the market in Medway. The houses have an average list price of $487,000 and an average market time of 209 days. There are 11 properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 4 properties listing for $800,000 or more.

One single family home came on the market the last week. It is a 4 bedroom, 7 room cape on Village Street.

Five single family homes went under agreement in the last week. They include a 3 bedroom ranch of Village Street, a 3 bedroom colonial on Guernsey Street, a 3 bedroom split on Fisher Street, a 3 bedroom colonial on Walker Street and a 5 bedroom colonial on Ash Lane.

Three single family homes sold in the past week. One was a 4 bedroom colonial on Stagecoach Way that sold for $215,000. The others were a 3 bedroom split on Gorwin Drive that sold for $240,000 and a 4 bedroom colonial on Dean Street that sold for $396,500.

There are currently 7 condos on the market in Medway. The condo average list price is $348,000 with an average price per square foot of $152. Average time on market is 264 days. No new condos came on the market last week.

There are five multi-families on the market in Medway. Average list price for multi-families is $311,000 with an average time on market of 191 days. Medway has seen very little movement in the multi-family market.
