Monday Morning Market Watch for Medway – 5 October 2009

Currently there are 62 single family homes on the market in Medway. The houses have an average list price of $474,000 and an average market time of 205 days. There are 16 properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 4 properties listing for $800,000 or more.

Five single family homes came on the market the last week. The are located on Saddle Hill Run, Pheasant Run Road, Mallard Drive, Virginia Road and Holliston Street.

The last two included a 3 bedroom cape on Colonial drive tht sold for $327,880 and a 3 bedroom cape on Carriage House Way that sold for $435,000.

There are currently 6 condos on the market in Medway. The condo average list price is $336,000 with an average price per square foot of $149. Average time on market is 203 days. No new condos came on the market last week.

There are four multi-families on the market in Medway. Average list price for multi-families is $318,000 with an average time on market of 213 days. One multi-family on Village Street went under agreement this past week.
