Single Family home sales have steadily increased over the past three quarters of 2009 in Middleboro. First quarter started off with 247 listings, 28 sales and an inventory supply of 26.6 months.

Second quarter saw an increase in inventory (+11) along with an increase in sales (+15) thus reducing the months supply to 18.0 which is a significant reduction from first quarter.

Third quarter had a decrease in inventory (-29) and increase in sales (15) putting the months supply to approximately 11.6 months.
