Millis Market Watch – 6 October 2009

Currently there are 34 single family homes on the market in Millis. The houses have an average list price of $488,000 and an average market time of 217 days. There are four properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are two properties listing for $700,000 or more.

In the last week one new single family home came on the market. It is a 4 bedroom, 8 room colonial on Concord Circle.

One single family home went under agreement in the last week. It is a 4 bedroom colonial on Pine House Road. One other home was flagged to go under agreement soon.

Three single family homes sold in the past week in Millis. The first was a 2 bedroom ranch on Main Street that sold for $246,500. The next was a 3 bedroom contemporary on Walnut Street that sold for $325,000. The last was a 4 bedroom colonial on Orchard Street that sold for $629,900.

There are currently 21 condos on the market. The condo average list price is $262,000 with an average price per square foot of $167. Average time on market is 261 days. One condo went under agreement last week. It is a 2 bedroom townhouse on Meadowbrook Road. Another condo was flagged to go under agreement soon.
