Millis Market Watch – 27 October 2009

Currently there are 35 single family homes on the market in Millis. The houses have an average list price of $493,000 and an average market time of 221 days. There are five properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are three properties listing for $700,000 or more.

In the last week no new single family homes came on the market.

Two single family homes went under agreement in the last week. One was a 4 bedroom Dutch Gambrel on Bogastow Circle. The other, a 4 bedroom colonial, was also on Bogastow Circle.

No single family homes were sold in the last week in Millis. It was a pretty quiet week in Millis.

There are currently 18 condos on the market. The condo average list price is $275,000 with an average price per square foot of $163. Average time on market is 300 days. No new condos came onto the market but two condos went under agreement. One is a 2 bedroom townhouse on Pondview Road and the other is a 2 bedroom townhouse on Pine View Road.
