Norfolk, MA Market Watch – 4 November 2009

Currently there are 69 single family homes on the market in Norfolk, Massachusetts. The houses have an average list price of $576,000 and an average market time of 178 days. There are nine properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are ten properties listing for $800,000 or more.

In the last week two new single family homes came on the market. They are found on Medway Street and Kingsbury Road. They range in price from $225,000 to $419,000.

Six single family homes went under agreement in the last week. The first is a 3 bedroom cape on North Street. Then there is the 3 bedroom colonial on Quail Run Road; the 4 bedroom colonial on Tucker Road; the 4 bedroom colonial on Stacey Road; and the 4 bedroom colonial on Barnstable Road. Lastly there is the 4 bedroom colonial on Park Street. Also, one single family home was flagged to go under agreement soon.

One single family home sold in the past week in Norfolk. It was a 4 bedroom, 7 room colonial on Pondview Road that sold for $365,000.

There are currently 15 condos on the market. The condo average list price is $349,000 with an average price per square foot of $185. Average time on market is 306 days. One condo on Meetinghouse Road went under agreement. Another was flagged to go under agreement soon. One condo sold in Norfolk in the last week. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse on Winterberry Way sold for $368,639.
