Getting back from the Inman Connect Show in San Francisco a month ago one theme that has been in my mind has been that Real Estate is "LOCAL". After all your not just selling or buying a home your buying into a community, a neighborhood, a town, a school system, a place to live with your family. For this reason Video can be a HUGE advantage in explaining and showing a potential homeowner why this home / town / neighborhood is for them!
Obviously, most of you Realtors are not going to pay a professional money to shoot a community video. Maybe you will? But, that is the beauty of this is that it's up to you to express what you feel in the video...
