Average sale price of single family home in Northborough: $415,464 (down 4% from May 2007).

However, days on the market before a property sold has improved by 36 days from May 2007, although it still takes over 5 months on average to sell a property. There continues to roughly be the same number of houses for sales from last year. All in all, we see a small price decrease but all other variables staying rather constant.

11 new single family homes were put on the market for sale and 8 single family homes were put under agreement to sell in May 2008.
